Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for fostering and executing practices that promote the development of high-quality patient care by providing professional, clinical, and managerial leadership. You will assume charge of the Ward/Department in the absence of the Ward/Departmental Sister/Charge Nurse and offer support and guidance to all staff members.
