About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading our healthcare team and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the healthcare team and provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Manage and coordinate the care of patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and support their professional development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
