We have developed a strong focus on Mission Critical projects and comprehensive Data Centre Solutions, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

We are currently in search of Senior Electrical Project Managers to oversee multiple projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing performance metrics and delivery standards to meet client expectations.
  • Building and maintaining a trusting relationship with clients to foster future project opportunities.
  • Implementing and managing quality control measures while collaborating on project cost estimation and value engineering.
  • Promoting safety practices on-site and participating in site Safety Leadership Teams.
  • Providing updates and tracking progress during weekly client meetings.
  • Coordinating with the Commercial team to ensure compliance with company policies regarding contracts, purchase orders, payment certifications, and change orders.
  • Leading the Site Team and managing internal resources, including travel arrangements.
  • Planning and allocating resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Directing a large team to fulfill all project requirements and deadlines.
  • Creating detailed installation drawings and Operations & Maintenance Manuals.
  • Collaborating with the project planner to develop a comprehensive and actionable schedule.

Qualifications Required:

  • A relevant trade qualification or third-level degree.
  • A minimum of several years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale installation projects.
  • Experience in handling industrial relations issues and a solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.
