We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing stock, performing inventory controls, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process warehouse stock products in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform regular inventory controls to ensure accuracy and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Optimize space utilization and ensure efficient use of warehouse resources
  • Complete diary logs and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless operations
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, adhering to preventive maintenance schedules
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a related field
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
  • English and/or Italian language proficiency
  • Driver's license
  • High school degree or equivalent
