As a key member of our Asset Finance division, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the Collections team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Line manage and coach direct reports, including performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration, and recruitment
* Create Personal Development Plans with team members and execute upon them
* Be accountable for the results and performance of the Collections team
* Monitor and manage workflow queues and activities
* Escalate technical queries and take calls from Brokers/Customers as required
* Pro-actively manage asset finance portfolio
* Assess arrears accounts and make recommendations to management
