Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled nurse who can deliver high-quality care to our service users. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to promote recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality care to service users, including administering medications and providing emotional support
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
