Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Manager at Marshall Harmony, you will be responsible for championing quality from the ground up. You will be the champion of excellence, ensuring that every part that comes into the business meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, and ensure that the company's quality management system (QMS) is integrated and effective.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure that suppliers meet the company's quality standards.
- Lead the QHSE team and oversee both the Telford site and an additional domestic site.
- Review and rebuild the QMS in line with an ERP upgrade and a full system overview.
Requirements:
- Experience in quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
- Ability to develop and implement quality control processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £50k–£60k.
- Early finish at 12 PM every Friday.
- 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
- Profit-sharing in a company with a £20 million turnover.
