As an Insurance Analyst, you will join their Croydon office and contribute to the team's efforts in delivering monthly management accounts, ensuring timely insurance premium payments, and producing Bordereaux. You will also work on sales ledger system reconciliations, operational and financial reporting, and support audit processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a suite of monthly management accounts in collaboration with the finance team
- Work with the technical services team to ensure timely insurance premium payments and reconciliations
- Produce Bordereaux and transactional reporting
- Conduct sales ledger system reconciliations
- Provide operational and financial reporting
- Support audit processes and statutory accounts production
- Perform ad hoc business support and financial analysis
To succeed in this role, you will need a Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Science, or Business-related subjects. You should possess strong written and spoken communication skills, analytical and research abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
You will also need to be a team player with a strong interest in business performance, commercially savvy, and able to handle a varied workload and competing priorities.
