Job Summary:
The Aurora Group is seeking an experienced Senior School Administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team in the efficient and effective administration of the school site. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative provider of education and care, supporting young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in the administration of the school site, including ownership and monitoring of MIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain and update records, statistical data, and attendance records, as well as coordinate internal and external examinations.
- Support the coordination of off-site trips and activities, and arrange events such as Careers Day, School concerts, and parents' evenings.
- Provide administrative support, including reception cover, telephone duties, and general typing of letters and documents.
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of data, and provide detailed reports to the senior leadership team, governing body, and outside agencies.
Requirements:
- High levels of interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy, computer literacy, and ability to use a range of databases and bespoke systems.
- High level of organisation, good time management, and ability to manage own time to deal with multiple tasks.
- Able to work as part of a team, be discreet, confidential, and reliable.
