Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior planners, architects, and stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive town planning strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis on zoning regulations, land use policies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with local and national planning policies.
- Engage with the community through public consultations, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback into planning proposals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to innovative planning solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, or a related field.
- A proven track record in town planning or a related role.
