Job Summary

Doyle Security Ltd is seeking a diligent and proactive Security Officer to join our Operational Support Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the booking in and out of vehicles, visitors, and customers.
  • Regularly patrol the facility to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
  • Perform routine temperature checks on vehicles as part of our health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all activities using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Provide a professional and courteous service to visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive Security and Health & Safety strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a security role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong observational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to perform patrols and handle physical aspects of the role.
  • A professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Qualifications
  • Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) License.
  • First Aid certification is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
