  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions, with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results.
  • IT skills, including proficiency in project management tools and software.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the water industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and governance.
  • Ability to support and embed change, with a strong track record of driving process improvement.
