About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Lead to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to develop world-class products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, and procedures
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a mechanical engineering department
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering software
- Proficient in CAD design tools 2D/3D (CREO, SolidWorks), mechanical simulation tools (ANSYS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting KPIs
