Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Pertemps Bridgwater. As a key member of our automotive service centre, you will be responsible for leading our parts operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the parts team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective parts strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless parts delivery and installation
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
