About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague. As a key member of our fulfilment centre team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Tesco Colleague, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering customer shopping trips by carrying out clean as you go routines, replenishing products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Building relationships with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Providing warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Acting quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embracing change within the store.
  • Sharing ideas with your manager and colleagues on how to improve the store experience for customers.
