Job Title: Retirement Housing Coordinator

BDS (Northern) Limited is seeking a Retirement Housing Coordinator to join our team in Alton, Hampshire.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to provide daily support to residents of our retirement complex. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, providing information on local services and signposting as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to residents, including speaking with them and checking the property for any repairs
  • Liaise with contractors and report any issues as required
  • Signpost information on local services and provide support as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Good PC skills and ability to work independently
  • Approachable and organized with good communication skills

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £14.26 (PAYE) or £17.39 (umbrella) plus holiday pay

Temporary ongoing position with potential for permanent role for the right candidate
