Marketing Specialist Promotions

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Marketing Specialist to join our European Promotions & Events team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and launch marketing initiatives, analyze data, and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with 10+ internal teams to create engaging experiences for Deal events, such as Prime Day or Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
  • Deliver results by managing project execution, testing ideas, creating campaigns, analyzing data, and solving problems.
  • Use data to understand customer behavior and inform new projects, providing complete performance reporting and analysis.
  • Partner and coordinate with other teams to launch tests and campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Professional marketing experience with a focus on non-internship roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.
  • Experience in designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs.
  • Experience with data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables in Excel or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management.
  • Experience in ecommerce, start-ups, advertising, or commercial.
  • Experience using data visualization tools.
