Bid Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our Southern regional team, you will be responsible for leading first-stage tenders and preparing high-quality bids that meet our customers' expectations.
Working collaboratively with our team, you will have a passion for creating compelling bids and a strong understanding of project management principles. Your excellent writing skills will enable you to craft clear, concise, and engaging bids that showcase our company's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback to bid team members on their performance.
- Define and shape the visual presentation of the submission.
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling bids.
- Project management skills and ability to meet proposal deadlines.
