Essential Qualifications

  • Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
  • Clinical experience
  • Registered practitioner with a degree/diploma, complemented by post-registration diploma-level specialist training and/or substantial experience in the relevant field
  • Commitment to enhancing personal clinical knowledge, skills, and competencies based on current evidence

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND TRAINING

Essential Qualifications

  • Registered practitioner with a degree/diploma, complemented by post-registration diploma-level specialist training and/or substantial experience in the relevant field
  • Membership in the appropriate Professional Body
  • Qualification in Learning and Assessing in Practice or equivalent training for practice assessors
  • Evidence of recent professional development documented in an up-to-date portfolio

  • Understanding of the Trust Strategy relevant to the role

  • Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
  • Experience in specialized practice
  • Experience in managing change
  • Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in the area of specialization
  • Experience in developing specialized care programs for individuals or groups and providing highly specialized advice
  • Ability to demonstrate specialized clinical reasoning skills to synthesize information for clinical judgment regarding diagnosis and intervention
  • Capacity to prioritize and organize workload effectively
