Main Responsibilities
- Participate in team building and communication to develop a cohesive and supportive team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient care delivery.
- Receive and manage sensitive patient information.
- Deal with anxious or nervous patients.
- Identify and report relevant nursing or patient needs to the team.
- Work in partnership with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver care and plan discharges.
- Provide support and advice to patients and relatives in distressing situations.
- Adhere to Trust policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
