We are seeking a skilled Project Management Office Manager to join our Planning and PMO team for up to 12 months, covering maternity leave. This role will be responsible for ensuring our Strategic Portfolio is effectively managed in accordance with the defined methodology to deliver the portfolio benefits on time, to budget, and to the specified quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management and coordination of our Strategic Portfolio, including finances, reporting, risk, and issue management.
  • Recruitment and portfolio-wide planning.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO processes, standards, and best practice.
Requirements
  • APM, P30, MSP, or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Established track record in programme and/or portfolio level PMO roles.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio, programme, and project governance processes.
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong capability in the use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
