Agile Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced agile delivery team at Dunstan Thomas Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building highly configurable and automated solutions for leading Financial Services companies in the UK.
The Role- Act as a subject matter expert and provide operational knowledge support to the project team to determine, implement, and test requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and help translate them into formal software change documents.
- Work with Product Owners and Project Managers to formalize functional requirements and product roadmap development.
- Ensure that functional changes meet business needs while utilizing core product features.
- Contribute to the development of future projects by working with stakeholders to shape project direction.
- Develop and maintain user guides, process documents, and training materials to support knowledge sharing.
- Provide systems training to external users and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UK pensions and investments is essential.
- Self-motivated approach to professional and personal development.
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
- Comfortable working in an agile delivery environment.
Flexible working arrangements are available, with the option to visit our Portsmouth office once a week.
