About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Coordinator to join our Capability & Digital Learning team. As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our digital learning strategy by managing the administration of our learning management system (LMS) and providing excellent customer service to our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Office Learning and Development Team to effectively manage the administration of the LMS, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient learning delivery.
  • Work with technical teams to support the maintenance and update of the system, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain knowledge of LMS functionality to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing expert support to L&D colleagues and users.
  • Coordinate and organize learning events with various stakeholders, including external providers.
  • Administer training solutions, such as webinars, eLearning courses, virtual and face-to-face workshops, using the LMS.
  • Identify and implement administration solutions to improve engagement with mandatory and voluntary training.
  • Utilize LMS reporting and analytical functions to maintain dashboards and identify trends in data, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage external vendor setup and collaborate with customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery to Screwfix.
  • Support digital training design within the LMS and authoring solutions.
  • Make recommendations to the L&D Manager for continuous improvement, supporting the execution of agreed changes to enhance efficiencies and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end administration of an LMS for learning provision.
  • Desirable to have experience working with engaging eLearning content using an authoring tool.
  • Competent user of Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, intermediate Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing data to identify trends.
  • Experience in resolving user queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a learning and development environment, including digital and face-to-face learning.
