Position: Technical Assistant / Manufacturing Administrator
Location: Based Near Dorchester
Salary: Up to £28,409.88 with excellent benefits

Our client, a prominent manufacturer in the food sector, is seeking to expand their team by hiring a full-time Technical Administrator / Factory Administrator. This role is integral to the Technical Team and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing organization in a structured, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Certificate of Analysis for customers, providing detailed product-specific information.
  • Updating technical administration records within the ERP business management system.
  • Verification of process control data.
  • Assisting in the analysis of technical data trends.
  • Supporting the organization and filing of technical documentation.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and updating of factory quality management systems.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a food, beverage, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Possession of reliable transportation.

Additional Information:
The position offers a competitive salary of approximately £28,409.88, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week, starting at 8:30/9:00 am.

Employees enjoy a generous holiday entitlement of 30 days per year (including public and bank holidays), increasing to 31 days after 10 years of continuous service. The pension scheme includes a 5% employee and 5% employer contribution.

Additional benefits include life assurance at 2 times the annual salary after 3 months of service, a capped Bike to Work Scheme, employee discounts on company products, on-site parking, and participation in annual company events.
