Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Subsea Operator to be part of our dynamic Subsea team in Aberdeen. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to prepare and operate equipment offshore, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute operational tasks with team members, ensuring safety and efficiency while adhering to the Operating manual.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all equipment to verify compliance with Expro's policies and technical specifications.
  • Participate in safety briefings and planning sessions as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation and return of equipment at onshore facilities when required.
  • Engage professionally with client representatives to uphold service quality.
  • Coordinate with offshore Supervisors and team members to facilitate effective communication and safe task execution.
  • Complete necessary documentation in line with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and Supervisors to achieve competency goals for current and future roles.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Technical expertise acquired through completion of relevant competency training.
  • Formal technical certification.
  • A minimum of 4 years of technical experience in a related field is preferred.
