We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized mortgage advice to contractors and freelancers in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Guidance: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire mortgage process, from identifying the most suitable mortgage product to ensuring the mortgage is completed on time.
- Application Completion: Complete mortgage applications and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with the best possible advice.
- Mortgage Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market changes and new mortgage products to ensure that clients receive the most suitable advice.
- Office Location: Our office is based in Southampton.
- Salary and OTE: Salary up to £35k depending on experience, with an OTE of £75k.
- Benefits: All leads provided, administrative support, pension contribution, and career progression opportunities.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UK property market.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
- Qualifications: Appropriate professional qualifications, such as the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or equivalent.
