Job Title: Adult Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Psychotherapist to join our team at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist Systemic Psychotherapy services to adults and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Master's or Diploma level qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy or an AFT accredited equivalent. You will have a strong background in mental health, with experience of working with adults and their families. Your expertise will include risk assessment and risk management, as well as knowledge of child development and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist Systemic Psychotherapy services to adults and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to address complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
