Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 2 to 4 Section Engineers
  • Advise on and implement optimal engineering practices
  • Possess knowledge of design processes
  • Conduct Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Analyze as-built documentation
  • Mentor junior engineers and staff
  • Ensure completion of Quality Assurance documentation
  • Fulfill Inspection Test Plan (ITP) requirements
  • Draft method statements or demonstrate understanding of their creation
  • Coordinate temporary works and act as Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
  • Understand materials and equipment, including call-off schedules
  • Comply with site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) protocols
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant technical and practical experience in engineering
  • Experience in structural engineering
