About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on our construction sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the movement of loads using cranes and lifting equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborating with site teams to achieve project goals
  • Providing clear and accurate signals to crane operators and other site personnel

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Banksman / Slinger / Lifting Supervisor
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A certification in Banksman / Slinger operations
