About the Role

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a growing Pensions Administration firm to find an experienced Pensions Administrator who can progress their career within the Pension projects route. This is a hybrid opportunity, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the delivery of pension projects to a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes.
  • Conduct benefit audit analysis and rectification work, data analysis and rectifications, scheme implementations, GMP reconciliation, rectification and equalisation, data transfers, and scheme events.
  • Work closely with team members, trustees, insurance companies, and other relevant third parties.
  • Be involved in scheme calculation testing.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Defined Benefit administration environment.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of UK Pensions legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
  • Experience of delivering or assisting with projects such as scheme events, data, or GMP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to perform in a face-paced working environment.
