The Role:

  • Profitably develop and underwrite commercial lines motor trade risks within underwriting criteria, regularly underwriting on site in broker offices.
  • Collect and deliver motor trade accounts for the region.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with a panel of Mid-Market brokers as their nominated development relationship underwriter for motor trade products.
  • Develop and support the commercial lines account by engaging and encouraging new and existing relationships with regional brokers.
  • Prospect and actively contribute to the growth targets of the team, optimizing sales and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in underwriting motor trade business.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
