Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-profile events, from initial concept to execution and post-event analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of events, including budgeting, negotiating contracts, and overseeing logistics.
- Proposal Development: Create and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Team Management: Manage and support a team of event coordinators and assistants to ensure successful event delivery.
- Travel and Accommodation: Travel regularly to client sites, venues, and other locations as required.
Requirements:
- Event Management Experience: Proven experience in event management, preferably from an event agency or corporate site.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Travel and Accommodation: A full clean driving license and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
