About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out-of-Hours (OOH) team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our urgent care service, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Treating patients face-to-face or via telephone triage
  • Working in one of our Primary Care Centres or at the patient's own home as part of our home visiting shifts
  • Providing high-quality care via a skill mix of GPs and Advanced Nurse/Clinical and Paramedic Practitioners
