Main Responsibilities:

  • Assemble metal steel components into frames, utilizing precision cutting and assembly techniques.
  • Cut boards to bespoke sizes, ensuring accurate fitment within frames.
  • Operate power and hand tools, including collators, impact drills, and digital tape measures, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Install rock walls into bathroom pods and modular units, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Fitting temporary doors to finished bathroom pods, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Apply heat wrapping to bathroom pods for secure shipping, maintaining high-quality finishes.
  • Report quality and design issues to supervisors and managers, facilitating prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations, Elements Europe risk assessments, and quality systems.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards, adhering to Elements Europe's quality systems and checks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work at heights, utilizing steps and A-frame ladders, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to take direction and ask questions when necessary.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Working at Height training certificate (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, ensuring accurate understanding of project requirements.
