About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Coordinator to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our Grounds Maintenance team, you will play a vital role in creating vibrant and well-kept neighborhoods that our customers are proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Grounds Maintenance work across our neighborhoods, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
  • Work closely with contractors, providing clear guidance to ensure they deliver quality service that meets contract specifications.
  • Engage with customers and colleagues, addressing enquiries and resolving complaints to continuously improve our landscape services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and consultations to ensure transparency and maintain high standards across all projects.
  • Drive improvements in our landscape services by assessing current practices and implementing changes that enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge in landscape and horticulture, ideally with a qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or higher.
  • A track record in Amenity Grounds Maintenance, with the ability to manage projects within set budgets and deadlines, with experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, able to adapt your communication style to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to Grounds Maintenance, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Have a proactive, flexible approach to managing multiple projects and dealing with unexpected challenges effectively.
  • A full current driving licence and use of a vehicle insured for business purposes.
