We are seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our dynamic team at JTC Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our service delivery to corporate clients across the UK, under the guidance of your line manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the Company Secretarial and Governance division based in London.
- Preparing for board meetings and participating in both board and committee sessions.
- Maintaining accurate records for various committees and boards.
- Assisting with statutory submissions and managing records effectively.
- Conducting client Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
- Supporting office administration, including billing and cash collection tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and our core values.
Qualifications:
- A proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A degree classification of 2:1 or equivalent is preferred.
