About the Role:
Office Angels is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our client's team in the cycle industry. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company's operational services.
Working closely with the Directors, departmental teams, suppliers, and clients, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in the cycle industry or a related field. You will be responsible for collaborating with company departments and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently, resolving operational issues as they arise, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with company departments and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently.
- Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Support subcontractors and suppliers when needed.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and update clients on project lead times.
- Gather and provide feedback on client responses to management.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks to support company growth.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level.
- At least 2 years of operational experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager.
- Prior experience in construction or logistics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
