As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the surgical team, combining clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on support during surgeries
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff
- Focusing on patient safety and efficiency
Requirements:
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration
- 12 months+ experience in Cardiac Specialisms
