Berry Recruitment is seeking to hire a Production Team Leader for a dynamic manufacturing client.


As a key member of the production team, you will assist in various production tasks while also providing support in training, order fulfillment, and team supervision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire fellow team members.
  • Implement activities to meet production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards, serving as a role model.
  • Address any safety and environmental issues with the supervisor and rectify any non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve production challenges efficiently and safely.
  • Oversee production and vehicle documentation, ensuring daily completion and submission to the site supervisor.
  • Prioritize and manage all production processes in alignment with the plans established by the Factory Supervisor or Production Manager.
  • Some positions may require physical lifting, necessitating adherence to manual handling regulations.

Previous experience in a leadership role is essential. A forklift license is a plus.


Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM.


The hourly wage will be determined based on experience, ranging from £12.20 to £12.70.
