We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall health of our community.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for a variety of essential nursing functions, including but not limited to:

  1. Developing and implementing health promotion initiatives aimed at improving patient well-being.
  2. Delivering routine nursing care in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
  3. Performing dressing changes and managing wound care effectively.
  4. Administering vaccination programs for both adults and children.
  5. Providing travel health consultations and vaccinations as needed.
  6. Conducting Cervical Cytology Screening to support women's health.
  7. Assisting with family planning and contraceptive services when required.
  8. Supporting physicians during medical procedures as necessary.
  9. Prioritizing health concerns and intervening appropriately to ensure patient safety.
  10. Engaging in opportunistic health promotion activities to enhance patient education.

Qualifications

Required

  • A solid foundation of general education.
  • Current registration as a Nurse.
  • Membership in a recognized professional nursing organization.

Experience

Required

  • Proven experience in a practice nursing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using healthcare technology and electronic records.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing chronic health conditions.
