Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in Special Schools. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to children and young people with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide expert advice on continence management.
- Work closely with education staff to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a culture of collaboration.
- Lead by example, maintaining a high level of professional conduct and promoting a positive work environment.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
- NMC Registered Nurse (adult, child, or learning disabilities) with a minimum of 2 years' experience post-qualification.
- Proven experience in community paediatric nursing, children's continence, and special school settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Knowledge of current clinical and professional nursing issues relating to special needs school nursing.
