About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee ABA Tutor. As a Trainee ABA Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism, working one-to-one and in small groups. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB), a unique approach to supporting children with Autism. Our school has a strong focus on individual education programmes, and you will work closely with our experienced team to create tailored support plans for each student.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with Autism in a one-to-one and small group setting
  • Develop and implement individual education programmes
  • Work closely with the school team to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA and VB

Requirements
  • Passion for supporting students with Autism
  • Desirable: experience in ABA or SEN
  • Graduates with SEN experience or personal experience welcomed
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Able to build professional relationships
