Electrical Maintenance Engineer

ABM UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing facilities management services support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise third-party resource and supplier teams relevant to their site/sites.
  • Execute PPM and Reactive maintenance relevant to their site/sites.
  • Execute Electrical and/or Mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks whilst on the site/sites in line with the contract scope and specification.
  • Execute Electrical and/or Mechanical reactive/Emergency Maintenance tasks and Minor Project works on the site/sites in line with the contract scope and specification.
  • Support the Site Supervisor, Engineering Manager Contract Administrators and/or the Contract Manager in their roles by effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Hold a recognised qualification in Testing and Inspection.
  • Portable Appliance Testing.
  • IPAF Qualified / PASMA Qualified.
