Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical data centre in Slough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive maintenance on all client assets.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance.
  • Administer sub-contractor work approvals and ensure safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
  • Remedy plant faults and defects swiftly to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.
  • Ensure suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
  • Complete comprehensive maintenance records in the form of job sheets.
  • Prepare, review and utilise Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
  • Manage the shift team and maintain good client relationships.

Requirements
  • Electrically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 3 and 18th Edition.
  • Proven track record in building maintenance.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of UPS, Generators, Power Distribution, HVAC and HV/LV systems.
