Store Supervisor

Flannels is a luxury fashion destination for men and women, offering an edit of over 200 brands from established international designers to contemporary labels.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Coventry. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily workload, delegating tasks to the team, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the expected standard.
You will be responsible for supervising work, checking completion, and delivering to the expectation set by the line manager. You will also use business communication tools to complete tasks and ensure that the team understands all key functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team within a retail environment, knowledge of and passion for luxury brands, and the ability to drive sales through excellent service. You will also have the ability to motivate a team with effective communication and understand visual presentation and how to impact sales floor commercially.
