About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Customer Service Advisor at Places Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Promote our services and facilities to members and visitors, highlighting the benefits of physical activity and healthy living.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
