The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering and be passionate about learning and developing towards chartership.

About the Role
  • Design and develop infrastructure projects, including transportation and structural engineering
  • Review and project manage projects to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of the team
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines related to infrastructure design and construction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc or BEng) in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure design and project management
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, PDS, Microdrainage, Info Drainage, and other design tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
