Senior Civil/Infrastructure Design Engineer

Our client, a reputable SME based in Newcastle, is seeking a Senior/Associate level Civil/Infrastructure design engineer to join their multi-disciplined office. This is a quality career opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company in a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the design of infrastructure drainage and road schemes using software packages such as AutoCAD, Microdrainage, PDS, and Civils3D.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and architects, providing opportunities to visit sites and attend meetings.
  • Provide infrastructure design, liaise with the design team, and prepare high-quality technical reports.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of technical output, including drawings and reports.
  • Manage junior staff and create a leadership/mentor approach.

This role offers a good financial package, including a car allowance, basic salary, and bonus. With an excellent workload domestically and UK-wide, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills and expertise.
