Position Overview

Walker Cole International is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance Operations to lead a dynamic Pharmaceutical organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Quality Assurance functions across various locations and fulfill QP/RP responsibilities as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Qualified Person and Responsible Person to facilitate the release of products within both commercial and clinical sectors.
  • Manage Quality Assurance initiatives across multiple facilities in the UK.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance during inspections and audits.
  • Foster a culture of Quality excellence and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance roles within the Pharmaceutical sector, with a preference for candidates with on-site manufacturing exposure.
  • Possess the necessary qualifications and experience to be designated as a QP and RP on the license.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • A strong commitment to driving change and serving as a quality role model within the organization.
