Job Title: Instrument Cluster Principal Engineer

Techniche Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Instrument Cluster Principal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of Instrument Cluster, Head-Up Displays, and Displays to meet Nissan Design and Test standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Instrument Cluster, Head-Up Displays, and Displays to meet Nissan Design and Test standards.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure parts are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
  • Issue and maintain physical part BOM and configuration data for Nissan manufacturing plant.
  • Prepare functional specifications through discussion with system owners, customer-oriented engineering, styling, and trim engineers.
  • Present part development status at regular internal Design Reviews.
  • Review and approve part drawings submitted by suppliers.
  • Manage in-house and supplier validation of the parts.
  • Resolve technical issues with test departments and suppliers.
  • Support vehicle development builds at Nissan manufacturing plants, investigating and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Conduct vehicle life cycle cost reduction idea generation and implementation.
  • Lead vehicle life cycle warranty investigations and countermeasure implementations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding of basic electrical theory.
  • Experience developing HMI-based parts.
